Login to Tawk.to

Visit the Tawk.to website and sign up for a new account or log in to an existing one.

Configure Your Dashboard

Enter your Page Identifier / Property setup details in the Tawk.to dashboard and complete the setup.

Get Property ID

Navigate to: Desktop Settings (Administration) → Overview → Property ID Copy the generated Property ID.

Get Widget ID

Go to: Desktop Settings (Administration) → Chat Widget → Widget ID Copy the Widget ID for your website chat widget.

Configure in Odoo Settings.

Open Odoo → General Settings and paste the Property ID and Widget ID, then click Save.

Chat Widget on Website

Once configured, the Tawk.to chat icon will appear on your Odoo website, ready for visitors to start conversations.

Send & Receive Messages

Visitors can send messages via the chat widget, and agents/admins respond from the Tawk.to dashboard.
