In the product form a warranty page is added, if the product has warranty available,then can be
added the duration in the field.

If we add the warranty enabled product in a sale order line then a warranty smart button will be
shown on confirmation.
After validating the order, a Confirmation email will be send to the customer

Warranties & Claims can be seen in portal
Request renewal
After clicking on the 'Request Renewal' button, a new warranty claim request will be created with type as Renewal Request.
Approve Request renewal
Under the Orders menu, there is a Website Claim Request menu, which lists all claim requests.
By opening the cliam Request user can Approve or Reject the Claims.

While configuring a backup, selecting the Zip option will include the filestore in the backup, while choosing the Dump option will create a backup without the filestore.
