Tus comerciales y tu equipo de administración hablan con los clientes por WhatsApp todos los días. Pero hoy tienen que copiar el número a mano, abrir WhatsApp, pegarlo, corregir el prefijo… una y otra vez.
Con WhatsApp Click-to-Chat aparece un botón de WhatsApp directamente en la ficha del contacto, el pedido de venta, la factura y la oportunidad de CRM. Un clic y se abre WhatsApp con el número del cliente ya cargado y un mensaje escrito listo para enviar. Así de simple.

El teléfono, siempre en el formato correcto
WhatsApp necesita el número en formato internacional, sin espacios ni signos.
El módulo lo hace por ti: quita espacios, guiones y paréntesis, entiende
los prefijos +34 y 0034, y si el número viene sin prefijo
de país le añade el que tú configures (España = 34 por defecto).

Mensajes con plantilla y variables
Define el mensaje que se escribe solo para cada tipo de documento. Usa variables entre llaves que se rellenan con los datos reales del registro:
- {partner_name} — nombre del cliente.
- {company_name} — tu empresa.
- {order_ref} / {invoice_ref} — referencia del pedido o factura.
- {amount_total} y {currency} — importe total y moneda.
“Hola {partner_name}, le escribo sobre su pedido {order_ref} por importe de {amount_total} {currency}.”
¿Dónde se configura? En Ajustes → Ajustes generales, sección “WhatsApp Click-to-Chat”: ahí defines el prefijo de país por defecto y, con el botón “Configurar plantillas de mensaje”, editas el texto de cada plantilla. Sin modo desarrollador, todo a la vista.
En los sitios donde de verdad hablas con el cliente
Escribe a cualquier cliente o proveedor desde su ficha.
Confirma o haz seguimiento de un pedido al instante.
Recuerda un pago o envía la factura con un mensaje.
Contacta con el lead en caliente sin salir de la oportunidad.
Funciona en escritorio y en móvil
El enlace wa.me es universal: en el ordenador abre WhatsApp Web o la app
de escritorio, y en el móvil abre directamente la app de WhatsApp. Sin ajustes,
sin extensiones: el propio WhatsApp detecta el dispositivo.
