Bring your own number
Add one or more WhatsApp Business accounts with your Phone Number ID, Business Account ID and permanent access token. Test the connection in one click.
Message templates
Sync your Meta-approved templates into Odoo and send them with the body variables filled in from the record — with a live preview before you send.
Send from anywhere
A Send WhatsApp action on contacts and a reusable composer. Every message is logged and posted to the record's chatter for a full history.
Two-way messaging
A secure webhook receives customer replies and logs them against the matching contact, so conversations stay in Odoo.
