How It Works
From configuring your WhatsApp Business credentials to a delivered, logged customer notification.
Enter your access token, phone number id, business account id and API version in Settings. Every company can hold its own credentials and retry policy.
Write your notification once using dynamic placeholders such as {{ customer_name }},
{{ order_number }} and {{ tracking_number }}. Unknown variables are rejected on save.
The moment a delivery is marked done, the module finds the matching template, renders the message with live order data and queues a WhatsApp notification to the customer.
The notification is delivered through the WhatsApp Cloud API and recorded in the delivery logs with its status and WhatsApp message id. Failures are captured with a clear reason.
A scheduled action re-sends failed notifications until the company retry budget is exhausted, and you can always retry or cancel a message manually from the logs.
The delivery notification appears instantly in the customer’s WhatsApp chat from your business number — with order details, tracking information and a professional branded message powered by your approved Meta template.
