How It Works
- Install the module
- On each salesperson's profile, add their WhatsApp number (e.g. +33612345678)
- On each customer contact, check the "Uses WhatsApp" box
- Open a quotation → click "Send via WhatsApp" → WhatsApp opens with the pre-filled message
No Meta API required. The module uses the wa.me protocol —
clicking the button opens WhatsApp directly on the salesperson's device
with the message pre-filled. No server-side sending, no subscription, no setup.
Requirements
- Odoo 19.0
- Any WhatsApp account (personal or Business) on the salesperson's phone
- Customer must have a phone number in Odoo
