Estonian E-Invoice (E-Arve) XML Generator
This Odoo module generates Estonian e-invoice (E-Arve) XML files for your invoices. It creates valid XML documents according to the Estonian e-invoice standard, allowing seamless integration with Estonian banking systems and e-invoice services. The module supports invoice validation, PDF attachment generation, and proper XML formatting for all your customer invoices.
Note: This module is a base module for a billberry integration module that will be released soon.
XML Generation
Automatically generates valid Estonian e-invoice XML files according to the official standard.
XML Validation
Validates generated XML against the official Estonian e-invoice XSD schema before saving.
Batch Export
This feature allows users to export XML files for multiple invoices simultaneously in a single operation,.
Download & Export
Easy download of generated XML files with proper file naming and encoding.
- Install the Module: Download and install the module via the Odoo Apps interface.
- Access the Invoices: Navigate to Invoicing/Accounting > Invoices and open invoice you want to generate XML for then from print menu select "E-Arve XML". The file will be downloaded automatically as XML format if its valid according to Estonian e-invoice standard.
- Access the Invoices: Navigate to Invoicing/Accounting > Invoices and select multiple invoices to generate XML files in batch then from print menu select "E-Arve XML". A zipped file containing all the generated XML files will be downloaded automatically if all selected invoices are valid according to Estonian e-invoice standard.

The module works with posted invoices only. Make sure your invoices are in "Posted" state before generating XML.

Ensure all required fields (company details, bank accounts, customer information) are properly filled for valid XML generation.
