Employee Loan Request Approval
The Employee Loan Request Approval app simplifies the management of loan requests within an organization. It integrates with HR and accounting modules to automate related tasks.
Loan Request Approval Type Configuration
After installing this app, configure the loan journal, loan account and salary attachments in the Approval type.
Go to Approval App -> Configuration -> Approval Types, then open the loan request and configure the Loan Request and loan account (Debit Account) and approves.
Loan Request Creation
From Approval dashboard, From Loan Request card, click on New Request Button
Fill the loan request and then submit it for approval and the approver will be notified by Activity
Loan Request Approval
One the approver get the notification, he can Approve/Refuse the request.
If the request is approved and there is no more approval and request status changed to Approved, Accounting user can select the bank/cash account (Credit Account) and click on Create Journal Entry/Salary Attachment button.
Journal Entry will be created and posted and Salary Attachment will be created for the loan request.
