01. Control Access Rights
Only users granted Import Inventory Adjustment access can see the tool, protecting your stock data.
02. Launch Import Wizard
Navigate to Physical Inventory and click Import. Upload your .xlsx and select your mapping. Download the template from the wizard.
03. Intelligent Validation
Our system performs a full Dry-Run Analysis. It catches missing products or lots, giving you a detailed report instantly.
04. Final Review & Confirm
Review the Counted Quantity vs On Hand and click Apply to finalize stock adjustment.
