Automatic every 15 minutes
A scheduled action runs continuously. Completed WooCommerce orders land in Odoo without any manual trigger.
Smart customer matching
Customers are matched by email. If they exist in Odoo, the invoice links to them. If not, a new customer record is created automatically.
Draft invoices — you stay in control
Every order becomes a draft invoice. Review, adjust if needed, and confirm. Nothing is posted without your approval.
Shipping as invoice line
WooCommerce shipping costs are added automatically as a separate line on every invoice.
Duplicate-proof

Create a free REST API key in WooCommerce Go to WordPress Admin → WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API → Add key. Set Permissions to
Read, click Generate API key, and copy the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret. -
Enter your credentials in Odoo Go to Settings → WooCommerce Odoo Connector. Enter your Store URL, Consumer Key, and Consumer Secret. The UI links directly to the right WooCommerce page — no searching needed.

- All order line items with quantities and unit prices

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a paid WooCommerce plan or plugin?
No. The WooCommerce REST API is built into every WooCommerce installation at no extra cost. You only need WordPress + WooCommerce installed on your site.
Do the API credentials expire?
No. WooCommerce REST API keys are permanent. You generate them once and they work forever — no reconnecting, no token refresh.
Which orders are imported?
Orders with status Completed. This matches the standard WooCommerce flow where orders move to "Completed" after fulfillment.
Will it import old orders?
Yes. You can configure how many days back to look (default: 7). On first install, set it to the number of days you want to backfill.
What if I run the sync twice — will it duplicate invoices?
Never. Each order has a unique reference. If an invoice with that reference already exists in Odoo, the order is skipped.
Does it post invoices automatically?
No — and that's by design. Invoices land in draft so you can review, apply taxes, or make adjustments before confirming.
What Odoo version does it support?
Odoo 19. Compatible with Odoo Online, Odoo.sh, and On-Premise deployments.
Does it work with any WooCommerce version?
