Configurable checklist templates (brakes, tyres, lights, emissions, ...) with a pass / advisory / fail outcome per item. Measurement capture per item (brake pad mm, tyre tread depth mm, emissions CO %) auto-graded against configurable advisory and fail thresholds, in the correct direction (lower-is-worse tread vs higher-is-worse emissions). Photo attachment and inspector notes on every line for an audit trail. Auto-generated remedial quote: failed items become must-fix work and advisory items become recommended work, each priced from labour hours plus parts, rolled up with markup. Next-inspection recall engine driven by BOTH a time interval and a mileage interval, whichever falls due first. Automated recall + reminder campaign (scheduled action) that finds vehicles coming due, opens a recall, and emails the customer a booking link. Per-vehicle inspection history timeline and a printable inspection certificate.
