The dashboard displays all activities with key columns.
Tabs for Quick Filtering
Show activities: All, Planned, Overdue, Today.
Apply Filters
Filter activities by User, Supervisor, Type, Priority, Deadline.
Update Activity Status
Mark activities as Done, Cancel, Edit.

Edit details, set deadlines, assign users.

Email & Notification Alerts
Popup Notifications (Last 24 Hours)
The system automatically displays popup notifications for users when an activity is close to its deadline. In the last 24 hours before the deadline, the user receives:
- Two times popup notifications within 24 hours for reminding the user of the upcoming deadline.
- Popup appears directly on the screen to ensure the user does not miss it.
- Helps users prepare and complete the activity on time.
Email Notifications (Last 24 Hours)
Along with popup alerts, the system also sends email notifications to ensure users are fully aware of upcoming deadlines. During the last 24 hours before the deadline, the system sends:
- Two times email reminders within 24 hours sent to the assigned user.
- Helps users stay informed even when they are away from Odoo.
- Supports better planning and timely task execution.
Notes
- Ensure proper user rights to modify activities.
- Use dashboard filters for efficient management.
- Technical Permission: Go to Settings → Users, assign Activity Manager / Manager
