Configuration Guide
Follow these simple steps to set up and start using Helcim payments
1. Access Payment Providers
Go to Sales â Configuration â Payment Providers and open the payment providers list.
2. Activate Helcim Provider
Select Helcim from the list and activate the payment provider.
3. Configure Credentials
Enable the provider and enter your credentials: Account ID, API Token, and JS Token. Click "Test Connection" to verify. A success notification will confirm connection.
4. Enable Payment Method
If not enabled automatically, click "Enable Payment Methods" to activate Helcim payment methods.
5. Activate Payment Method
Toggle the Active button to enable Helcim payments for invoices, website, and other transactions.
6. Make a Payment
Select Helcim as the payment provider and proceed with the payment.
7. Enter Payment Details
Fill in your payment information in the Helcim payment form to complete the transaction.
8. Payment Success
After successful payment, a confirmation message will be displayed.
9. View Transactions
All transactions are recorded under Payment Transactions with details like transaction ID and currency.
10. Payment Records
View completed payments under Invoices â Customers â Payments.
