How to Use
Install the Module
Install Audit Log & Access Tracking from Apps. An Audit Log menu appears, and access-rights tracking rules are ready to go.
Assign the Audit Manager Role
Under Settings → Users give the Audit Manager role to whoever should review the trail.
Create Audit Rules
Go to Audit Log → Audit Rules, pick a model, choose which operations to log and â optionally â limit logging to specific fields.
Review the Trail
Open Audit Log → Audit Log to review every change, or the Overview dashboard for a summary. Filter by user, model, operation or date.
Set Retention
Under Audit Log → Settings choose how many days of history to keep â older entries are purged automatically.
