Getting Started
Set up your car wash business in minutes.
Install Module
Install WT Car Wash Management from Apps. All dependencies (HR, Sales, Accounting, Inventory, Website) install automatically.
Configure Wash Packages
Go to Car Wash → Wash Packages. Create packages with prices and durations. Add wash staff under Car Wash → Staff.
Set Up Bays
Go to Car Wash → Service Bays. Add your wash bays and stations with their availability schedules.
Start Booking
Create bookings from the backend or let customers book via the portal. Manage walk-ins, assign staff, and track wash progress.

How to Use — Step by Step
Complete guide from install to first booking.
Install the Module
Go to Apps, search for WT Car Wash Management and click Install. All required dependencies will install automatically.
Create Wash Packages & Staff
Go to Car Wash → Wash Packages and create your service menu (Basic Wash, Premium Wash, Full Detail, Interior Clean, etc.) with prices and durations. Then add wash staff under Car Wash → Staff with their available services.
Set Up Service Bays
Go to Car Wash → Service Bays. Add your wash bays and stations. These appear as a visual grid showing live availability.
Create Bookings
Create bookings from the backend, accept walk-in customers, or let them book via the website portal. Assign staff, select wash packages, and manage the full booking lifecycle.
Perform Wash & Complete
Move bookings through stages: Confirmed → In Progress → Done. Materials are consumed automatically from inventory when the wash is completed.
Invoice & Collect Payment
Generate invoices directly from completed bookings. Accept partial or full payment. Staff commissions are calculated automatically after invoicing.
