Getting Started
Set up your dental clinic in minutes.
Install Module
Install WT Dental Management from Apps. All dependencies (HR, Sales, Accounting, Inventory, Website) install automatically.
Configure Treatments & Dentists
Go to Dental → Treatments. Create treatments with prices and durations. Add dentists under Dental → Dentists.
Set Up Rooms
Go to Dental → Rooms. Add your treatment rooms, dental chairs and stations with their availability schedules.
Start Booking
Create appointments from the backend or let patients book via the portal. Manage walk-ins, assign dentists, and track treatments.

How to Use — Step by Step
Complete guide from install to first appointment.
Install the Module
Go to Apps, search for WT Dental Management and click Install. All required dependencies will install automatically.
Create Treatments & Dentists
Go to Dental → Treatments and create your treatment catalog (Cleaning, Filling, Root Canal, Extraction, etc.) with prices and durations. Then add dentists under Dental → Dentists with their specializations and available treatments.
Set Up Treatment Rooms
Go to Dental → Rooms. Add your treatment rooms, dental chairs and stations. These appear as a visual grid showing live availability.
Book Appointments
Create appointments from the backend, accept walk-in patients, or let patients book via the website portal. Assign dentists, select treatments, and manage the full appointment lifecycle.
Perform Treatment & Complete
Move appointments through stages: Confirmed → In Progress → Done. Materials are consumed automatically from inventory when the treatment is completed.
Invoice & Collect Payment
Generate invoices directly from completed appointments. Accept partial or full payment. Dentist commissions are calculated automatically after invoicing.
