Run your front desk in four quick steps.
Install the Module
Install WT Hospital Management from Apps. Accounting and Discuss install automatically as dependencies.
Set Up Your Facility
Add departments, physicians, wards, rooms and beds under Hospital → Configuration.
Register & Book
Register a patient (MRN is assigned automatically) and book an appointment. Record vitals, diagnosis and a prescription.
Admit & Bill
Admit to a bed for IPD, add services, discharge, then raise the invoice in one click.

How to Use â Step by Step
Configure the facility
Under Hospital → Configuration create departments, physicians (with specialty and consultation fee), wards, rooms, beds, services and the diagnosis / allergy lists.
Register a patient
Go to Front Desk → Patients and add the patient. A medical record number and a billing contact are created automatically.
Book & check in
Create an appointment, click Confirm (a token is issued) and Check In on arrival. Watch the OPD queue on the dashboard.
Consult
Start Consultation, record vitals (BMI computes), add the diagnosis, prescription and any lab / radiology requests, then Complete.
Admit for IPD (when needed)
Under Inpatient → Admissions assign an available bed and Admit. Add services during the stay; the bed board updates live.
Discharge & bill
Discharge the patient (the bed goes to cleaning), write the discharge summary, then Create Invoice for the consultation or the whole admission.
