The Problem This Solves
Odoo Community ships a thin hr module and forces you to either pay for Enterprise or duct-tape together a dozen mismatched community modules.
No real employee record
Vanilla Odoo has nowhere to put national ID, passport, emergency contacts, dependents, education history, or work experience. So you put them in Notes, where they cannot be reported on.
No approval engine
Loans, salary advances, resignations, shift swaps — every workflow needs a multi-step approval chain with audit trail. Building one per workflow is a nightmare.
No HR dashboard worth opening
HR managers, line managers, and employees all need different snapshots. Community Odoo has none of it.

Step-by-Step User Guide
Install
Apps → search "WT HRMS Core" → Install. Pulls in hr and hr_contract. No external services, no extra Python deps.
Open the dashboard
A new top menu WT HRMS appears. Click Dashboard — an OWL client action loads with KPI tiles + charts. The view auto-adapts to your role.
Enrich employee records
Open any employee → the new HR Details tab holds identification, emergency contacts, dependents, education history, work experience, references.
Configure approval chains
WT HRMS → Configuration → Approval Chains. Create a chain, set the technical model name (e.g. wt.hrms.loan), then add ordered steps with approver types.
Install other suite modules
Add WT HRMS Documents / Assets / Loans / Advances / Rewards / Shifts / Lifecycle — each plugs into the same approval engine and dashboard.
Audit any approval
WT HRMS → Configuration → Approval Logs. Every submit / approve / reject / reset is recorded with user, step, timestamp and note.

Document IDs & Expiry
National ID, passport, driving license — each with its own expiry date so HR can spot trouble months in advance.

Conditional Steps
Each step accepts a Python expression. Skip a step when it doesn't apply (e.g. amount < threshold → no CFO approval).
Approval Audit Log
Every action (submit, approve, reject, cancel, reset) logged with user, step, timestamp, optional note.
Odoo 19 hr.version Aware
Adds notice_period_days and confirmation_date to hr.version (Odoo 19's contract replacement). Fully versioned.
Self-Service KPIs
Employees see their leave balance, present days, late count, overtime hours, loan balance, pending requests, last payslip.
