Getting Started
Up and running in minutes.
Install Module
Install WT POS Analytics Dashboard from Apps. Only Point of Sale and Web are required — no extra dependencies.
Open Dashboard
From the Odoo home screen click POS Analytics. The dashboard loads instantly with live data from all POS sessions.
Apply Filters
Use the top-bar filters to narrow by period, custom date range, POS terminal or cashier. All KPIs and charts update instantly.
Export & Share
Click Export CSV to download all filtered order lines as a spreadsheet ready to open in Excel or Google Sheets.

How to Use — Step by Step
A complete guide to getting the most out of your POS dashboard.
Install the Module
Go to Apps, search for WT POS Analytics Dashboard and click Install. Only Point of Sale and Web are required — all dependencies install automatically.
Open the Dashboard
From the Odoo home screen click the POS Analytics app tile. The dashboard opens instantly, loading all KPIs, charts and the orders table for the default period (Today). Access is restricted to users with the Point of Sale / Manager role.
Set Your Filters
Use the top-bar filter strip to select a period (Today, Last 7 Days, This Month, This Quarter, This Year or Custom Range), then optionally narrow by POS Terminal and Cashier. Click Refresh to reload all data with your selected filters applied.
Explore the Tabs
Switch between the six tabs to drill into your data: Overview (sales trend, payments, heatmap, recent orders), Financial (discounts by cashier, margin by category, avg revenue by hour), Products (top products by qty & revenue, top categories), Customers (top customers, new vs returning), Sessions (open/closed session status) and Comparison (current vs previous period side-by-side).
Export Your Data
Click the green Export CSV button to download all filtered order lines as a spreadsheet. The file is BOM-prefixed for perfect Excel compatibility and includes: order reference, date, product, category, quantity, unit price, discount, tax, subtotal, cashier and payment method.
