POS Performance Dashboard

Overview
Built on the Odoo platform, the POS Performance Dashboard module provides a
structured way to monitor, analyze, and act on your Point of Sale data in real time.
Configuration is straightforward , navigate to Point of Sale → Configuration → Settings,
select your shop, and set your Daily Sales Target under POS KPI Settings to
define the performance benchmark for your outlet.
Once configured, open the POS Performance Dashboard and select your shop to access a
comprehensive view of your sales metrics , including Total Sales, Total Orders,
Out-of-Stock Products, and the quantity of stock sold , all in one place,
enabling data-driven decisions to boost sales performance and manage inventory effectively.
Additionally, the dashboard includes a smart search bar to quickly locate shops,
making it easier to analyze performance across multiple outlets efficiently.

Easily search and filter shops in real-time using the integrated search bar. The search functionality allows users to quickly find specific stores based on Shop Name or Company Name, improving navigation and usability.
Configuration
- Daily Sales Target
Open Point of Sale.
Go to Configuration -> Settings
Select your shop in Point of Sale and Set Daily Sales Target in POS KPI Settings.
- POS Performance Dashboard
- Open POS Performance Dashboard.
- Search and Filter Shops
- Use the search bar available at the top of the dashboard.
- Type the shop name or company name to filter results instantly.
- The dashboard will dynamically update and show only matching shops.
