- Here you can find the apps like "Property Rental" as per below image.
- After installing this module you can see new app like "property rental".
Rental Property
- Here the dashboard provides a real-time overview of key rental such as occupancy rate, total rent income, outstanding dues, expenses, and profitability.
Tenant and Broker Creation
- Under the contact menu provide other sub menu for tenant and broker creation with required details.
Property & Unit
- Shows property and unit availability status with different view mode.
Property Care taker
- Provide a care taker for particulare property from given image create a care taker.
- Assign care taker in property unit as per given image.
Contract Creation
- Here from "Contract" menu click on that create a contract for the property unit rental contratc and add dtials like start and end date, broker, charges, plan etc...
- Admin Charges and Government Charges set in to config setting if allowd invoice prorate then mark this boolean "Allow Prorate" as per image.
Accounting
- In accounting show all income and expense for proker, care taker etc...
