How to Use
Install the Module
Install Quotation Follow-Up from Apps. Four rules, four email templates and a daily scheduled action are created automatically â it works out of the box.
Review the Rules
Open Sales → Configuration → Quotation Follow-Up Rules and adjust the day counts, templates or skip thresholds to match your sales cycle.
Customize the Emails (Optional)
Each rule points to a standard Odoo email template. Edit the wording, add your logo or branding â or leave the polished defaults as they are.
Let It Run â or Push It
The daily cron handles everything automatically. Need to chase a quote right now? Open it and click Send Reminder Now.
Tune the Settings
In Sales → Settings use the master switch to pause everything, set a custom sender address, or define a global minimum quotation total.
