Real Estate CRM
Explore this module
Overview
Built on the Odoo platform, the
Real Estate CRM
module simplifies how real estate businesses manage their daily operations.
It provides a structured system to manage property-related activities such as
selling, purchasing, and renting properties. The module helps real estate
agents and companies efficiently track client requirements, property details,
and business transactions in a centralized environment.
The system begins with a powerful Inquiry Management feature where users can
create inquiries for selling, purchasing, giving for rent, or getting for rent.
These inquiries can easily be converted into Opportunities, helping businesses
manage potential deals efficiently and maintain proper follow-ups with clients.
It also provides advanced Opportunity Management tools where users can track
deals, define expected revenue, calculate brokerage values, and finalize
property transactions. Once a deal is confirmed, invoices can be generated directly
from the opportunity and brokerage payments can be tracked until completion.
Additionally, the module extends Customer Management by allowing businesses to
manage buyers and sellers separately. By integrating customers, properties,
inquiries, and opportunities into a single platform, Real Estate CRM creates a
streamlined workflow that improves efficiency, reduces manual work, and helps real
estate businesses manage their operations effectively.
