Getting Started
Up and running in minutes.
Install Module
Install WT Spa POS Management from Apps. Only Point of Sale is required.
Configure Backend
Add your Services, Specialists, and Amenities (chairs, rooms) from the Spa menu.
Enable in POS
Open your POS Configuration, go to the Spa Management tab and enable it. Configure specialists & amenities display.
Open POS
Open a POS session â the Spa Home Screen loads automatically with your amenity grid and today's appointments.

Step-by-step booking wizard: select service, time slot, customer, specialist, and amenity. Summary shows total, advance payment, and remaining balance.
Walk-In Service
Instant walk-in flow. Select multiple services, assign customer and specialist, start service immediately. POS order is auto-created.
Amenity Grid
Visual grid of chairs, rooms, and stations with live status: Available (green), Reserved (yellow), In Service (red).
Running Appointments
Monitor all in-progress services in real time. Complete or track each running appointment with one click.
Track All Appointments
Full list view of today's appointments with status filter. Refresh anytime for the latest data.
Advance Payment
Configure services with fixed or percentage-based advance payments. Automatically added to POS order on booking confirmation.
Specialist Management
Manage therapists and stylists with profiles, experience, commission plans, and customer reviews. Ratings computed automatically.
Commission Configuration
Set up fixed or percentage commissions per specialist. Commission is automatically computed when a service appointment is completed.
Backend Calendar
Full backend with list and calendar views for all appointments. Confirm, start, complete, or cancel appointments from the backend.
