🏨 Native Hotel integration

Built for the Odoo 19 Hotel industry / Rental flow: imported reservations become confirmed rental Sales Orders, a free physical room is assigned automatically and the native availability engine blocks the nights — your website booking widget stays consistent with the OTAs.

🛡️ Overbooking guard

Every import checks real availability first. Conflicts land in the reservation inbox with an activity for the manager — never a silent double booking. Cancellations on the OTA free the room automatically (configurable).

How it works

  1. Create a Channel per platform (e.g. "Airbnb — My Hotel").
  2. Map each Odoo room type to its OTA listing (Room mappings).
  3. iCal: paste the OTA calendar link and give the OTA your secure export URL. Channex: paste API key, property, room type & rate plan IDs and register the webhook URL.
  4. Reservations flow into the inbox and become (draft or confirmed) rental Sales Orders with the guest as customer and the OTA price honoured to the cent.
  5. Follow everything in the Sync log.

Feature list

  • Two-way iCal (RFC 5545) — export busy dates, import reservations and "not available" blocks.
  • Channex driver: availability + nightly rate push, bookings feed with acknowledge, signed webhook endpoint.
  • Reservation inbox: import / ignore / retry, conflict and error states, links to the Sales Order, full chatter.
  • Policies per channel: auto-import, draft vs. confirmed orders, manual or automatic cancellation.
  • Works with the Hotel industry (physical-room assignment + native availability) and with plain Rental products (capacity per listing).
  • Multi-company record rules, user/manager access groups, scheduled sync every 10 minutes, log auto-vacuum.
  • No extra Python dependencies.
