Delivery Receipt Signature
Capture the customer's "received" signature on delivery â on a tablet or from the portal.
Sign at hand-over
When an outgoing delivery is validated, a native signature pad pops up on the operator's phone or tablet. Make it mandatory and the delivery cannot be completed until the customer signs.
Or self-sign from the portal
Share a secure link (authorised by the sale order's access token) and the customer signs the reception from their own phone.
Stored where it belongs
The signature is kept per delivery (partial deliveries each keep their own) and, optionally, mirrored to the Sale Order's native signature fields.
Fully optional
Everything is configured per company under Settings ⸠Inventory. A Point of Sale bridge adds the same capture inside the POS at hand-over time.
