Overview
When multiple Sale Orders need to be shipped together in a single truck or package, this module lets you merge all pending outgoing deliveries into one WH/OUT transfer in seconds — reducing dispatch paperwork and simplifying warehouse outbound operations.
Key Features
Batch Merge from SO List
Select 2 or more confirmed SOs → Action menu → Merge into One Delivery.
Full Traceability
Each SO's delivery count updates automatically — every SO still shows the merged delivery.
Auto Confirm & Reserve
Merged delivery is automatically confirmed and stock is reserved after merge.
Visibility on Transfer
The picking form shows which SOs were merged via a Merged from SOs tag field.
Syarat Penggunaan (Prerequisites)
- Minimal 2 Sale Order sudah dikonfirmasi (status: Sale Order, bukan Quotation)
- Setiap SO harus sudah memiliki delivery (WH/OUT) yang belum di-validate (Done)
- Delivery yang sudah Cancelled tetap bisa di-merge — sistem akan otomatis reset ke draft sebelum digabung
- Satu-satunya kondisi yang tidak bisa di-merge: delivery sudah berstatus Done (sudah dikirim)
- Jangan validate delivery secara terpisah sebelum merge — merge dulu, baru validate yang sudah digabung
Cara Penggunaan
Konfirmasi semua Sale Order
Setiap SO harus sudah dikonfirmasi (status: Sale Order). Proses konfirmasi otomatis membuat WH/OUT delivery untuk setiap SO.
Buka Sales → Orders → Orders
Gunakan tampilan list. Centang 2 SO atau lebih yang ingin digabung deliverynya.
Klik Action → "Merge into One Delivery"
Wizard terbuka menampilkan Deliveries Found (harus ≥ 2) dan Total Move Lines. Delivery yang cancelled pun tetap terhitung di sini.
Klik "Merge into One Delivery"
Semua delivery yang belum Done (termasuk yang cancelled) digabung menjadi satu WH/OUT baru. Delivery lama yang kosong setelah merge otomatis dihapus.
Validate delivery hasil merge
Anda diarahkan ke WH/OUT baru. Field "Merged from SOs" menampilkan daftar SO sumber. Proses validasi seperti biasa.
Troubleshooting
Deliveries Found: 0
Penyebab: Semua delivery dari SO yang dipilih sudah berstatus Done (sudah dikirim sebelumnya).
Solusi: Cek di Inventory → Operations → Transfers, cari berdasarkan origin (misal S00011). Jika semua Done, barang sudah terkirim — tidak perlu merge.
Deliveries Found: 1 — tombol merge tidak aktif
Penyebab: Hanya 1 delivery (belum Done) yang ditemukan dari semua SO yang dipilih.
Solusi: Tambahkan lebih banyak SO yang memiliki delivery belum Done, atau konfirmasi SO tambahan terlebih dahulu.
SO masih Quotation — Deliveries Found: 0
Penyebab: SO belum dikonfirmasi sehingga belum ada delivery yang dibuat.
Solusi: Konfirmasi SO terlebih dahulu (klik Confirm) sehingga delivery otomatis terbuat, lalu lakukan merge.
Catatan Penting
- Delivery yang Cancelled otomatis di-reset ke draft saat merge — tidak perlu manual reset.
- Hanya delivery yang sudah Done yang tidak bisa di-merge.
- Berlaku untuk rute single-step maupun multi-step delivery (hanya outgoing picking yang digabung).
- Merge SO dari customer berbeda diperbolehkan — delivery hasil merge menggunakan customer dari SO pertama.
- Tombol Deliveries di setiap SO tetap menampilkan delivery hasil merge — traceability tetap terjaga.
- Field "Merged from SOs" di form transfer menampilkan semua SO sumber.
