Link package containers to batch pickings with letter-based identification

Smart Product Info Bar

See what to pick, how many, and where — at a glance

Each group of lines is topped with a yellow info bar showing:

Source location — so operators know where to go first.
Quantity and product name — clearly formatted to avoid confusion.
Product barcode — displayed when available, for quick verification.

Link Containers in Seconds

Scan or type a package barcode to assign it to a picking

Click the Link Containers button in the batch barcode view to start.
Each picking is automatically assigned a letter (A, B, C...) for easy physical identification.
Scan with camera or type the package barcode manually.
Duplicate protection — packages already in use on other outgoing pickings are rejected.
Lines sorted by source location, then product category, then product name — optimized for efficient walking paths.

Full Backend Integration

Linked Container column visible in batch transfer detail

The Linked Container field is added to the batch transfer's Detailed Operations tab, giving back-office staff full visibility of which container was assigned to each move line.

How to Use

Step 1: Open a Batch Transfer in the Barcode app.
Step 2: Click the Link icon () in the top navigation bar.
Step 3: Scan or type a package barcode for each picking. The letter is assigned automatically.
Step 4: The dialog advances to the next picking automatically. Repeat until all pickings are linked.
Step 5: Pick products following the info bars, place them in the container matching the letter, and validate.
