Replenish Directly from POS

When stock is low, trigger a replenishment order without leaving the POS:

Enter the quantity to replenish
Route is automatically selected based on configuration
Add customer details and internal notes
Notes are propagated through the supply chain

Shipping Date and Warehouse

During payment, select a shipping warehouse and delivery date:

Only warehouses with stock for all order items are shown
Select a preferred shipping date
Warehouse is linked to the POS order for fulfillment

Setup Guide

Configure your routes and locations for POS replenishment

Step 1 Configure Routes

Go to Inventory > Configuration > Routes. Enable Applicable on POS on the routes you want available for POS replenishment. Set the POS Location Stock for the destination or keep it empty to use standard stock locations.

Step 2 Set POS Operation Type

Go to Point of Sale > Configuration > Point of Sale. Ensure the Operation Type is set correctly and linked to the appropriate warehouse. The module uses this to determine which warehouse the POS belongs to for stock visibility and replenishment.

Step 3 Enable Ship Later & Warehouse Check (optional)

Go to Point of Sale > Configuration > Point of Sale > Inventory section. Enable Allow Ship Later, then enable Warehouse Stock Check to activate the warehouse selection with stock validation on the payment screen.

Step 4 Configure Locations (Optional)

Go to Inventory > Configuration > Locations. Mark locations with Exclude from Stock to hide them from POS stock calculations.
