Google Cloud Console Setup
- Go to Google Cloud Console: console.cloud.google.com
- Create a new project or select existing one
- Enable Gmail API from APIs & Services â Library
- Go to APIs & Services â Credentials
- Click Create Credentials â OAuth Client ID
- Select Web Application
- Add Authorized redirect URI:
{your_odoo_url}/inbox/gmail/callback - Copy Client ID and Client Secret
- In Odoo: Go to Settings â General Settings â MailHub
- Paste credentials in Gmail Client ID and Gmail Client Secret fields
Azure Portal Setup
- Go to Azure Portal: portal.azure.com
- Navigate to Microsoft Entra ID â App registrations
- Click New registration
- Enter app name (e.g., "Odoo MailHub")
- Select Accounts in any organizational directory and personal Microsoft accounts
- Click Register
Configure Redirect URI
- Go to Authentication in the sidebar
- Click Add a platform â Web
- Add Redirect URI:
{your_odoo_url}/inbox/outlook/callback - Click Configure
Add API Permissions
- Go to API permissions in the sidebar
- Click Add a permission â Microsoft Graph
- Select Delegated permissions
- Add these permissions:
- Mail.ReadWrite
- Mail.Send
- User.Read
- offline_access
Get Client Secret
- Go to Certificates & secrets in the sidebar
- Click New client secret
- Add description and select expiry
- Click Add
- Important: Copy the Value immediately (not Secret ID!)
Configure in Odoo
- Go to Settings â General Settings â MailHub
- Enter Application (client) ID â Outlook Client ID
- Enter Client secret Value â Outlook Client Secret
- Save and you're ready to connect!
