functionality by introducing advanced recipient management
features commonly required in professional business
communication. While Odoo provides a robust email composer,
many organizations need additional flexibility to manage CC,
BCC, and Reply-To addresses consistently across departments
and automated communications.
The application allows users to easily add visible CC
recipients, hidden BCC recipients, and custom Reply-To email
addresses directly from the email composer when sending
quotations, invoices, purchase orders, support
communications, or any business document. This ensures the
right people are informed while maintaining professional
communication standards.
In addition to manual recipient management, the module
supports company-level default configurations for CC, BCC,
and Reply-To addresses. These defaults are automatically
populated whenever users compose emails, reducing repetitive
manual work and ensuring consistent communication policies
throughout the organization.
The application also includes a master company-level enable
or disable option along with the ability to automatically
apply default CC, BCC, and Reply-To values to all outgoing
emails, including chatter notifications, invoice Send &
Print operations, automated notifications, and
system-generated emails. With seamless integration into
Odoo's mail composer and chatter system, Email CC BCC &
Reply-To helps businesses improve communication efficiency,
maintain branding consistency, and streamline email
management across the organization.
