Installation Guide
Zoom Configuration
A. Create App
- Log in to marketplace.zoom.us.
- Go to Develop > Build App.
- Select Server-to-Server OAuth -> Create.
- Copy
Account ID,Client ID,Client Secret.
B. Add Scopes
Go to the Scopes tab and add:
recording:read:admin, user:read:admin
phone:read:admin
C. Enable Webhooks
- Go to Feature > Event Subscriptions.
- Toggle "Event Subscriptions" ON.
- Endpoint URL:
https://your-odoo.com/zoom/webhook - Add events:
meeting.started,meeting.ended,recording.completed.
Odoo Configuration
Once you have your credentials from Zoom, connecting Odoo is a simple copy-paste job.
- Go to Settings > Zoom Integration.
- Paste the Client Credentials you copied in Step 1A.
- Paste the Webhook Secret Token (found in Zoom App > Feature tab).
- Click Test Connection.

1. Easy Configuration
Connect Odoo to your Zoom account in seconds. Simply input your Server-to-Server OAuth credentials once, and the module handles token refreshing automatically.
2. Bi-Directional Calendar
Create a meeting in Odoo, and it appears in Zoom instantly. Update the time in Zoom, and it reflects in Odoo. The link is automatically generated and sent to all attendees.
3. Quick Actions Header
Never search for the link again. The "Join Zoom" button appears prominently in the meeting header. Hosts also see a "Start Meeting" button to launch the call instantly.
4. AI Recordings & Transcripts
When the meeting ends, Odoo fetches the Cloud Recording, the AI Summary, and the VTT Transcript automatically. They are attached to the calendar event for easy reference.
5. Command Center
Track organization-wide usage. View Missed Meetings (where the host didn't show), check Cloud Storage limits, and analyze attendance heatmaps.
Advanced Capabilities
Smart Attendance
Automatically marks attendees as "Present" if they stay in the meeting for more than 10 minutes. Logs join/leave times for precise engagement tracking.
Zoom Phone Sync
Logs all inbound and outbound calls as Activity records. Matches phone numbers to existing Odoo Contacts automatically.
