Fixed Asset Register

It shows (by category, with posted/unposted evidence):

  • ID
  • Code
  • Name
  • Depreciation Start Date
  • Opening Value at the begin of the FY
  • Increases (revaluations, additions, etc...)
  • Decreases (devaluations, removals, etc..)
  • Gross Book Value = Opening Value + Increases - Decreases
  • Sales
  • Profit / (Loss) from Disposal = Sale Value - Net Book Value at the date of the disposal
  • Accumulated Depreciation Previous Years
  • Depreciation Current Year
  • Write off Accumulated Depreciation = Accumulated Depreciation Previous Years + Depreciation Current Year (in case of disposal)
  • Total Depreciation = Accumulated Depreciation Previous Years + Depreciation Current Year - Write off Accumulated Depreciation
  • Net Book Value = Gross Book Value - Total Depreciation

We recently reviewed your Fixed Asset Register module available on the Odoo Apps Store and found that its functionality appears to align well with our client's business requirements.

As we are planning an implementation on Odoo Version 19, we would like to know:

  • Whether the module is currently available for Odoo 19.
  • If not, whether it can be migrated to Odoo 19.
  • The estimated effort, timeline, and cost involved in the migration.

We would also appreciate it if you could arrange a demo session to showcase the module's features and capabilities. Alternatively, if a demo database is available, kindly provide access so that we can evaluate the solution internally.

Our client is currently assessing vendor performance management solutions, and your prompt response will help us move forward with the evaluation process.
