Account Multicompany Usability

Add new field short_name on company Add that field to name get of: * Taxes * Taxes Codes * Accounts * Journals * Fiscalyears * Periods

You can also set companies as consolidation companies, for this companies: * Creation of accounting entries is forbiden * New button to recreate their chart of account from child companies as a consolidation chart
