Account Utilities

New features in accounting:

• New Payment date computed field in invoices. It shows the minimun date of the payments related to de invoice.
• Account balance amount in account move lines tree.
• Don't allow to reopen an account move when the period is closed.
• Filter invoices by year, and current month, and past.
