Least Active Customer Reminder Module

Our Module Features:

  • Keep track of least active customer in your company.

  • Message the responsible salesperson of each customer.

  • See the last interaction for each customer.

  • Email the salesperson with their least active customer with the date of last interaction.

How to use:

Least Active Customer Module

The fields you need to fill in the first screen on customers menu on our system are:

Notify: put a check mark on the check box.

Duration(Days): After how much days from customer latest invoice the system should consider the customer as inactive and notify the salesperson.

Last interaction with customer: this field automatically appear to inform the last interaction happened with the customer.

After you click on Save Button on customer, click on sales & purchases tap

And select the responsible salesperson to send an Email and click save.

After choosing the responsible salesperson Confirm that the email field is exists.

The system will send an email automatically to the salesperson as shown in the picture.
