Employee Loan Module
Our module features:
-
Let your employee submit his/her loan request.
-
get loan request approves.
-
Calculate monthly installements.
-
See the calculated loan installment values in employee payslips.
-
Pass a journal entry to Odoo accounting for further reconsilation.
How to use:
1- The Loan Module:
You will find our module on odoo 8 system on the Human Resources menu.
2- Creating a loan on the system:
The fields you need to fill on our module in order to create a loan for an employee are:

Employee Name: you will choose from the drop-down list menu the employee name who requested the Loan.

Request Date: you will fill up the Loan requested date.

Number of instalments: you will put the number of the installments which will be deduct from the employee salaries.

Loan Amount: here you will put the Loan amount in currency.

Start Date of Payment: you will fill up the date which the deduction will start from the employee salaries per month.

Reason of Loan: here you will write down the reason of the requested Loan from the employee.
Note: All the others fields are automatically filled up by itself based on the data you entered above.
3- Approving the Loan Request:
After you Save the Loan request you entered this screen above will be shown to you and as you see the installment and the amount calculated automatically from the start date you chose to take it, after that there is the Approve button which after you click it will approve the Loan and deduct from the employee salary immediately, but if you leave it without approve the system will not work on this loan at all.
4- Loan Accounts Configuration:
Before you save the Loan Request the system will ask you to configure these fields which are related to the accounts and journals on it, just from the Drop-down list menu you will choose them and after that click on Save button.
5- Loan on PaySlip menu
As you can see in the image above our module appears on the human resource payslip menu and it's deduct the loan amount from the employee salary.
