Create a scheduled action that runs from time to time to find if there is an email in the "Delivery failed" status and, if so, a warning email will be sent to the sender of the email or to the users defined in the "User exception senders" field or to both or to nobody according to the configuration defined in the company's configuration to notify it of the error.
