Parameterize and automate excel exports on Odoo

Presentation

This module allows to parameterize excel exports in Odoo (List of invoices paid, List of valid sale orders, list of products, list of partners, ...), and send them as an email to a destination with a periodic and automatic way (1Time/Day, 3Times/Week, 1Time /Month, ...).

Features

* Parameterization of the model and corresponding fields (cells of the generated excel report).

* Set up the mail components (object, body message, mail recipient).

* Parameterization of automation (Interval, Interval unit, Number of calls).

* Possibility to apply styles (Size, Bold, Italic, Alignment, Text color, Background color, Border) on the excel sheet (Title, header and rows of the table).

* Parameterization of the file name and excel sheet.

* Possibility of applying filters.

* French translation supported.

Model and Fields

Select the desired model and the corresponding fields.

As shown in the image below:

Model: Invoice.
Selected fields : Partner, Invoice Date, Number invoice, saleperson, Due Date, Source doc, Untaxed amount, Tax, Total amount.

We can select any existing model in odoo such as partner, sale order, Purchase order, Products, ...

Excel style settings

Set the style of the excel sheet generated, style of the sheet title, style of the table header and style of the rows of the table.
Set the file name.
