TradeIndia CRM Integration | To Generate Leads In Odoo.

This app allows to import leads from Trade India platform.

TradeIndia is an online Business to Business (B2B) portal for small businesses based in India and around the globe.

You can import leads two ways.

Manual :- Download leads from specific day.

Automation :- Generate leads daily bases.

For safety purpose kindly test this module in your staging or development instance before using to production environment.

How to configure...?

  • Go to CRM menu.
  • Go to Configuration menu.
  • Go to Third Party Integration menu.
  • You can see here list of all crm third party integrations available. In case you are using our other crm related thirdparty applications for import leads.

    Open the Trade India record auto created while module installed.


    Here you have to provide some basic info from Trade India.


    1) Name :- Add any name which is convenient for you.

    2) URL :- In case you want to create second instance of trade india kindly copy past from first TI url. or simply duplicate this record. Don't change or else it won't be work.

    3) User ID: You can copy from TradeIndia portal

    4) Profile ID: You can copy from TradeIndia portal

    5) Key: You can copy from TradeIndia portal

    All right now you configured TradeIndia configuration.

    Now it's time to generate leads from TradeIndia Portal.

    Navigate to CRM -> Import Leads menu.

    You can see new popup appear.

    Here select TradeIndia option and start and end date.

    Click to import button. and wait for the import.

    Now you can see the result.

    Failed :- You can see failed reason from Trade India.

    Success :- You can see number of leads imported from Trade India.

    - Server Access: In cases where deeper investigation is required, you agree to share server credentials.

    - We commit to handling your data securely and only accessing the required areas for support.

    3. Support Tools

    - We do not provide support via remote access tools such as Anydesk or TeamViewer.

    - Instead, we will schedule short meetings if any live assistance is necessary.

    4. Response and Resolution Commitment

    - We strive to provide prompt support and issue resolution. The speed of our response will depend on the clarity and detail of the provided information (e.g., admin credentials, server access, images, videos).

    5. Limitations and Scope

    - Our support extends only to issues related to the purchased Odoo app/module and does not include unrelated modifications or custom development.

    - We do not guarantee support for third-party Odoo customizations unless explicitly agreed upon.

    6. Additional Terms

    - Other terms and conditions supported by Odoo also apply to this agreement.

    - Custom or extended support may incur additional fees, which will be communicated in advance if necessary.

    - If you purchase wrong version, We will not refund the amount any cost, So be careful while you purchase the paid module.

    7. Confidentiality

    - We commit to maintaining the confidentiality of all data accessed during support processes. No sensitive information will be shared or used beyond the support purpose.
