users can define the default templates of their sales and invoices emails

if the user defines a template in their preferences, the module will load the selected template by default, but if it does not have a defined template, you can define a general template for sales orders and invoices.

Simple and nice feature, but with small bug...
For some reason, after installing this module both the "sales" and "accounting" menu items under settings/configuration/ are hidden for all users but the administrator. Users added to group administration/settings are not able to access the sales and accounting settings anymore. Would be great to see this fixed
