1- Managing and tracking employees history, like changing salary, position and departments
2- link the contract with employee profile and change status if there any changes in job title or in department
3- HR Manager can see and track all employees salaries, positions and departments by two status active and expired
4- Officer can track contract of his/her team only
5- Employee can view all of his/her own contracts only.
It will allow to create a new one with new changes for employee

Gross salary fields can be used to get the rate per hour for each employee used while calculating delays to be linked with payslip

HR manager can use to control employees when to start requesting a leave
