Identify the Unreadable HTML Tags in List View
By default, when an HTML field (such as Signatures, internal notes, or descriptions) is
added to an Odoo Tree View, the system displays the raw HTML code. This includes messy tags like
<span>, <br>, and data-o-mail-quote, making
it extremely difficult for users to read the actual content.
The Challenge: As shown in the screenshot, the presence of raw code clutters the user interface and prevents a clean data overview for the end-user.
Clean & Readable HTML Rendering
Once the module is installed, it dynamically intercepts the data rendering in the Tree View. All raw HTML tags are automatically stripped away, leaving behind only the clean, formatted text. As shown in the screenshot, the "Signature" field now displays properly without any code clutter.
