IBS Helpdesk will help you manage your customer support easily and directly from your odoo system, integrating seamlessly with its existing resources, such as contacts, employees, orders, etc.


IBS Helpdesk, comes in 3 versions, when you install them, you can:

We have purchased the Premium version for use in our services business. The support from IBS is excellent. There have been a couple of small feature improvements that we have requested and they have been delivered in the updated version. I highly recommend this module.
