HR Payroll for Kenya

This module implements the configuration of hr_payroll for Kenyan payroll localisation All main contributions and deductions for Kenya payroll system have been implemented.

NHIF, NSSF, PAYE etc
Capture the employee details needed for statutory deductions such as KRA PIN, NSSF number, NHIF number as well as the national ID number.
Rules are then created for the right deductions according to the current legislations.
Integrated with Holiday Management
Don't lose time looking for records of employee unpaid leave. When generating/creating an employee payroll, the unpaid leave that the employee has taken during the month will automatically be picked. An unpaid leave deduction will then be made automatically.
You can therefore spend less time preparing these deductions.
P10 and Payroll Export in excel
Print out P10 and other reports in excel
Don't lose time filing staturory deductions with the authorities as you can readily export excel documents for itax and other systems.
The paybook report is available in excel format which can readily be edited for other purposes.
