Extend Sale Workflow

Add to send for Approval State in Sale Order

When you create the sale order then you can see the send for Approval button.
When the sales person click the button then sale order approval mail send to the Authorize User.

Authorize User get Approval Mail

Authorize user got the approval mail look like this.
User can access the sale order by the given link in his/her email.

Approved or Reject the Order

After getting the email the user can see the sale order and perform the according action like Approved or Reject.

Reason for Reject

When the user click the reject button then Window is pop-up and user can write the reason for the reject this sale order.
so the sales person can see and make the some changes in sale order.

Reject Sale Order

Sales person can see the reason for reject his sale order.

Reject Sale Order Mail

When Sale order is reject then sales person got the mail for sale order rejected.
User can access the sale order by the given link in his/her email.

Approved Sale order Mail

When the sale order approved then sales persone got the sale order approved mail look like this.
User can access the sale order by the given link in the email.

Approved Sale Order

When the sale order is approved then sale order automatically confirm.
