Generate invoices based on timesheets

This module provides you with following features
  • Manage internal activities through this project

  • Generate automatically invoices based on timesheets
  • Better management of hours spent per contract
  • Accumulated - Allows you to accumulate hours that have not been spent
  • Block - Allows you to block the hours that have exceeded the pre defined time

Contracts


  • Tasks: Manage internal activities through this project
  • Invoiceable: Keep empty if the activities should not be invoiced
  • Billing Type: Allows you to choose the Billing method
  • Generate: Shows the menu recurring invoices automatically
  • Repeat every: Choose how much in time the invoices will be generated
  • Lines: The products to be invoiced
  • Generate: Shows the menu recurring invoices automatically
  • Repeat every: Choose how much in time the invoices will be generated

  • Fill lines: If there is already an invoice with associated items we can add to our invoice by selecting the invoice or sales order and clicking on fill lines

  • Block: When it exceeds the hours of the contract it is obligatory to make a new contract

    Don't Waste Your Time With Opencloud Apps

    This is vaporware. No screenshots of V9 should of been my first clue. Out of the gate, the app didn't install. When I contacted them, they had me download the file again as they "forgot some stuff" (great testing...). Then it didn't perform as advertised, in fact: I see no difference in the out of the box Odoo functionality and theirs. It should add descriptions to the invoice, bill a correct hourly rate among others. It does none of these things. I even gave them a test instance of the database to experiment with. Then they stopped responding to my emails and never heard back after continued efforts on my part. Out $60, hours of time and garbage tables in my database now. They have multiple applications on the App Store. I would stay away from anything by Opencloud.
