Define connection properties to an Owncloud server

An administrator can define connection properties to owncloud servers for attachments or viewing.

Connection properties for individual users

You can grant individual users access to either attach or view owncloud documents by giving them connection properties to a particular owncloud server, which they can enter into their user preferences.

Attach or view documents from an Owncloud server.

Options are available from Customer, Employee, Project etc to view or attach documents from an Owncloud server.

List contents of Owncloud directory

A selection list of files from the appropriate folder in Owncloud are display Odoo. The file permissions and ownership are maintained on the owncloud server and is respected by this application.

Attach Owncloud Document

Select the desired document from the list and attach to the appropriate Customer, Employee, Project etc.

View Owncloud Document

Documents can be viewed directly in the Owncloud Document Management System (DMS) by automatically generating a public share link. Any subdirectories will be accessible via this link, and links may be sent to other persons via e-mail, etc.
