Validate RNC/Cedula direct from DGII Dominican Republic Fiscal ID only

After pressing the create button, it will validate the fiscal identification through the official DGII's RNC/Cédula web form, after validation it will automatically create the fiscal entity with information gathered from the DGII's website..
