Description

Sets the database up as a saas client
1. Create a SAAS user which you can configure to become the user which created the system
2. Allows remote login to the system via '/saas/client/login?user=&password='
2a. Remote login attempts are limited to 3 per day per user to inhabit brute force attacks.
